Richmond Virginia Wedding Photography

It's been awhile since my last post and it will be really getting quiet around here from now on out. This was the last wedding of this summer and I have no more planned. My family is taking to the road in our 2001 LaPalma while traveling the country and working. Continuing with photography would be quite difficult as far as keeping a following so my Etsy shop is in full swing. Be sure to follow us over at Haulin' With the Oats. The blog there is where we can found.

In the mean time, the wedding I shot last month in Richmond was beyond gorgeous. The bride and groom were so kind and sweet and everything a photographer would hope to get to work with. I can't say enough nice things about them. I know they have waited so patiently for these images.. thanks guys. While shooting a wedding in July, you would expect beyond hot days with tons of sweating going on. Their day was absolutely perfect. I'm sure the guys and Rebecca were a tad hot in all their formal gear but it truly was a perfect day. Check out their images and relive the day. That's my favorite part. :) Congrats again to the Newlyweds!!

Ft. Monroe wedding

I've been a little MIA on this blog. So much has happened and is about to happen. We are currently in the process of moving out of our house and into an RV. You can follow us HERE at Haulin with the Oats. It's a great new journey we are about to begin and are super excited about.

Back to this amazing wedding!! I had the pleasure of shooting Sarah and David's wedding at Ft. Monroe on a gorgeous weekend. The day before, there were lots of storms with good wind and heavy rain. Luckily it all cleared up and we were blessed with nothing but sunshine. Sarah and David are the sweetest couple you could meet and it showed throughout their entire day. I just loved the colors, the flowers, and all the details. A year of planning and stressing and meeting all came together on this amazing day. She looked beautiful and her dress was unlike anything I've ever seen. It was a two piece dress that had the option of having lace or not. I loved it!! Below I've shared what a glimpse into their day was like. Congrats again to the lovely couple... Sarah and David!
